Food and wine are a combination not unlike

Romeo and Juliette, but without the tragic ending. At Tuck's we strive to keep this connection alive, vibrant and relative. By relative we mean keeping the suggested food and wine combinations achievable in a domestic setting so no fiddly hard to find and use ingredients. This will keep the wine real and relevant to everyday use.

- Washed rind Brie, green olives, terrines
Goats cheese
 
Pinot Noir~
- Grana padano, brie, salami, black olives

Sangiovese~

- Game, tomato based pasta dishes and chorizo.  

Shiraz~
- Prosciutto, pecorino, creamy blue cheese
