TUCKS' RIDGE ON TV **** First episode April 3rd at 3.30 p.m.

TV chef Iain Hewitson came to Tuck's Ridge on February 6 to film the next series of his cooking adventures. He filmed seven cooking segments, one with the assistance of our chef. The shows will air in april so set the video recorder, sit back, relax.  Click here to watch an excerpt.

NEW CHEF

Daniel Bryan has taken over the reins of the kitchen and  has already made his mark on the menu. Daniel spent 5 years as the sous chef at Delgany under Craig Gorton and the last two years working in London. He has a more traditional approach to food with a strong emphasis on local and seasonal produce.
