The heartbreak grape. Something so difficult to make has no right being so spectacular. Yet the 2007 vintage is close to our best ever Pinot Noir. Get it while we have it as stocks are limited.
Young and cheeky, but showing all the signs of a future life that is both long and rewarding. A snapshot of where the 2006 Chardonnay started its life. Clean lean and on the money.
If we were in France then the simple word Chablis would describe this wine perfectly. However we must be careful and thus this wine displays line and length and delicate oak influence. It is powerful and voluptuous but ultimately very clean.
The best five barrels from our home vineyard are blended to create a very special, unique and powerful Pinot Noir geared for longevity and exclusivity.
